Through the utilization of coils to pull energy from the fourth plane, also known as dimension "W," humanity has discovered a method that allows for the generation of a limitless supply of energy. The New Tesla energy firm has a monopoly on the creation of coils, thus they pay independent collectors to search for and get rid of any illicit or unofficial coils that may have been produced. This is the story of a collector named Kyma, who also happens to harbor a deep-seated animosity toward coils. During one of his missions, he happens upon a female robot who believes she is a human being. This chance meeting leads to the two of them forming an odd alliance together.
