With his small family, Federal Prosecutor John Robson resides in Sherman Oaks. Intuitive and eager to succeed, he is a natural. All of Los Angeles' criminal organizations are interconnected, and Robson is convinced that capturing the city's ultimate boss will bring an end to it all. the doubts of his own supporters, as well as the FBI's With rising pressure from his wife, Robson refuses to back down from his conviction and sets the wheels in motion once again to try to rise to power through one of the middlemen, Lucas Reynosa, despite his wife's pleas for him to spend more time at home. However, Robson is beaten and shot in the head before he can seal the deal with Reynosa; he tries to grab the phone for help and ends up in a hospital, where he learns that his family has been slaughtered and emerges as Eddie Pray, a new man with an old agenda.
