Mike Rowe provides the program's narration. Paper Route Productions and Go Go Luckey Entertainment are responsible for the show's production. It focuses on the paranormal investigation work of brothers Brad and Barry Klinge, who established Everyday Paranormal in October of 2007. Everyday Paranormal is a paranormal research team with the declared purpose of adopting a fringe-scientific method to "visit the most haunted places in America, uncover proof, and test novel theories to examine the existence of the afterlife." The crew consisted of not only Brad and Barry, but also Steve Harris, Hector Cisneros, and Katie Burr in addition to the two of them. Additionally, members Jason Worden, Ashlee Lehman, and Steve Hock were a part of the group. The moniker "Ghost Lab" will continue to be used for EP's mobile command center.
