High-school woman Yuri instantly finds herself on the roof of a skyscraper. She's entraped in a strange globe surrounded by high-rise buildings, where a concealed male cracked open a male's head with an axe before her eyes. Finding a way to survive this bizarre globe, locate her beloved sibling, and getaway becomes her leading concern, yet she is beset by danger not simply from the mysterious Masks, which have both inhuman stamina as well as viciousness, but various other survivors transformed cruel or desparate by the madness of the skyscraper globe.
