Petro-chemist Andy Yeats knows that if the world's oil supply were cut off, transportation would stop, supplies would stop, and law enforcement would be overwhelmed. Andy discovers that his greatest fears are coming true and that his family is split up at this critical time while on a business trip to the Middle East. While his wife, Elena, and little son, Sam, are in Paris, his teenage daughter, Laura, is by herself at home in London. Despite the distance and the perils that separate them, each family member will risk everything to locate the others in the midst of this pandemonium.
