MAJOR 2nd
In elementary school, Shigeno Daigo's father, Goro, is a baseball player. Daigo began playing baseball with the Mifune Dolphins, a youth team, after being inspired by his father, a former Major League player. A professional baseball player's son failed miserably and gave up baseball after a year because of it. Daigo's school receives a new pupil in the spring of his sixth-grade year, Sato Hikaru, whose father is Sato Toshiya, a former Major League baseball star and Goro's best friend. Two young men's lives begin to take a turn in the right direction!
