Original Sin

Chi Zhen (Ronald Zhai) acquires all the required survival abilities and techniques as he matures in order to survive in a hostile environment. He becomes a shady attorney, but is arrested for a crime and sentenced to prison. On the other side, Lu Li (Andrew Yin) is the police academy's top student. When he begins working as a police officer, he solves numerous major cases within a few years and is consequently promoted to the position of police station chief. Four years later, the freed Chi Zhen is on his path to becoming a wealthy businessman, while Lu Li searches for clues in a baffling case. Fate finally draws Chi Zhen and Lu Li together, and although they begin as adversaries, they soon become partners and friends who put their lives in each other's hands.
