A documentary television show co-produced in the United States and the United Kingdom, Seconds from Disaster examines historically significant natural and man-made disasters that occurred in the 20th century. The purpose of each episode is to explain a specific incident by investigating the factors and conditions that finally led to the disastrous outcome of the situation.
