When Yoon Jung Sook is born, Kwon Hyuk Joon's grandfather, who is the head of the traditional Kwon family, gives his consent to have his grandson, Hyuk Joon, wed Yoon Jung Sook. Yoon Jung Sook is Kwon Hyuk Joon's future wife. In the end, the two families are unable to communicate with one another because shortly after the contract is signed, Jung Sook's family is forced to leave their home since they are having financial difficulties.
