As a summer alternative for The Perry Como Show, it was devised by Harry Julian Fink, who authored the majority of the screenplays, and produced by Perry Como's Roncom Video Films, Inc. Richard Whorf appeared in one episode as a guest star and directed the bulk of the episodes. Ida Lupino directed one segment.
