Oh Hyun-Jae used to be a highly regarded criminal profiler in South Korea. He used his abilities to solve a number of crimes, but an explosion created by a serial killer claimed the life of his fiancée. Oh Hyun-Jae vanished after the heinous crime, and he is now living in seclusion as a result. Cha Soo-Young, on the other hand, works as a police officer in a rural location. She possesses a unique skill that enables her to recall anything that she has witnessed in the past. In recognition of her exceptional abilities, she is chosen to serve as a rookie investigator, with whom she would work informally alongside Oh Hyun-jae.
