Vince Faraday, an honest cop on a corrupt police squad, is framed for a series of murders and assumed dead in "The Cape," a drama series. He is forced to flee, leaving his wife Dana and kid Trip behind. Vince Faraday transforms into "The Cape," his son's favorite comic book superhero, and takes the law into his own hands in order to reconcile with his family and fight the criminal forces that have taken over Palm City.
