The Fixer

It's a Kudos for ITV production called The Fixer, and it's a British drama. John Mercer, an ex-British Special Forces soldier, is detained by authorities for killing his aunt and uncle after discovering that they had been abusing his sister, Jess Mercer. After serving time in jail, John Mercer is granted early release to join a government-backed assassination team that is tasked with removing criminals and police officers who the law can't catch.
