In the 1980s, life was far less complicated than it is today. There were no parenting blogs, no medals for showing up, and no peanut allergies. Adam, a nerdy boy of 11 years old, saw that he was entering his "wonder years," and he prepared for them by purchasing a video camera so that he could record all of the shenanigans.
