How can a mermaid from the Joseon period survive in modern-day Seoul? Shim Chung is a mermaid who has been brought to the present. She is caught by Heo Joon Jae, a charming but cold con artist who looks just like Kim Moon, the son of a Joseon Dynasty nobleman. But in the present day, Joon Jae works with Jo Nam Doo, a skilled con artist who helps Joon Jae become a genius scammer.
