The Night Shift
Naeturvaktin (The Night Shift) follows the lives of three employees at a Shell gas station in Reykjavik's Laugavegur neighborhood. The night shift is led by quirky supervisor Georg Bjarnfrearson, a devout Marxist and vegan with a fondness for all things Swedish. Lafur Ragnar is an ordinary employee and a humble, well-intentioned man who wishes for fame and fortune. Danel Svarsson, who joined the team after dropping out of medical school. What the three men don't realize is that their lives will be inextricably entwined as a result of this assignment.
