The Romeo Section
An academic who covertly supervises a roster of espionage assets, spymaster Professor Wolfgang McGee is the protagonist of THE ROMEO SECTION, an hour-long serialized espionage drama set in Vancouver. These assets, sometimes known as Romeo or Juliet spies, are informants who are involved in personal relationships with state intelligence targets, either on a long-term or short-term basis. Wolfgang is a semi-retired Romeo operator. He rose through the ranks of an unknown and supposedly deniable "service" that falls under the umbrella of Canada's Intelligence Community from the time he was a teenager until he reached his current position.
