David J. Burke and Robert De Niro co-produced TriBeCa Productions' 1993 television drama anthology series, which broadcast on the Fox Network. Me Phi Me, an alternative hip hop musician, sang the show's theme song, "Keep It Going." Laurence Fishburne earned a Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Guest Actor in a Drama Series for his performance as Martin McHenry in the season premiere, "The Box." Intriguing "actors, writers and directors of unusual talent," the series was aired by Fox Broadcasting Company and set in TriBeCa, New York City's lower Manhattan district. In addition to series regulars Philip Bosco and Joe Morton, the ensemble cast included Eli Wallach, Kevin Spacey, Kathleen Quinlan, Melanie Mayron, Judith Malina, Carl Lumbly, Richard Lewis, Carol Kane, Debbie Harry, Dizzy Gillespie, and Danny Aiello III. David J. Burke, Hans Tobeason, John Mankiewicz, Barry Primus, Bryan Spicer, Jeffrey Solomon, and several of the show's stars were among the many directors and screenwriters that worked on it.
