After returning from his victory tour, Turbo the Snail's life is irrevocably altered by his miraculous victory in the Indianapolis 500. Tito, Turbo's human partner, has constructed Starlite City, a miniature city with an intricate race track for Turbo and his fellow snails to reside and compete on. However, Turbo's new existence is no less chaotic, as he and his buddies encounter a variety of new opponents eager to challenge the champion. Regardless of the danger, Turbo and his fellow members of the Fast Action Stunt Team are up to the task.
