Vega$ is an American television detective drama that ran on ABC from 1978 to 1981. Aaron Spelling was the producer. The series was entirely recorded in Las Vegas, Nevada. It is perhaps the first television series totally produced in Las Vegas. Robert Urich plays private investigator Dan Tanna, who drove a red 1957 Ford Thunderbird through the streets of Las Vegas investigating crimes and making the city a better place for inhabitants and visitors.
