Highway
As it turns out, Jack is having an affair with his boss's wife, a notorious gangster in Las Vegas. He dispatches thugs after Jack and he is joined by his best friend and fellow prisoner of war, Pilot, in fleeing the assassin. Pilot insists on going to Seattle, but he doesn't explain why.. Pilot's heroin supplier tells the thugs where the kids are going, and the goons follow, determined to break Jack's ankles and shatter his neck. On the highway, Jack and Pilot pick up a young woman in distress named Cassie. She and Jack had an instant connection. Kurt Cobain's funeral in Seattle brings an elderly stoner to the sideshow family's home for help. When will the goons find Jack, why is Pilot so fixated on Seattle, and is there any way to reconcile the conflicting desires of the pals?
