Shinjuku Incident
Steelhead is a Chinese laborer who seeks a better life in Japan. He quickly rises to the top of a black market mob after failing to find honest job and being bullied into the shadows by his fellow Chinese illegal immigrants. Steelhead's climb to mafia dominance spirals out of control once he's given leadership of the dangerous and profitable Shinjuku neighborhood after providing a lethal service to a powerful Yakuza crime boss.
