When socialite Oliver Bradshaw's face is damaged by battle wounds, he hides from his father, Golden Globe nominee Richard Hatch, to recover in isolation in a Cottage he rented for his honeymoon. Laura Pennington is appointed as Oliver's caregiver. She is a shy, plain nurse. They start to have feelings for each other and eventually fall in love with each other.
