The Game
Melanie Barnett makes the decision to enroll at a local college so that she may be with her lover Derwin Davis when he is offered a position with the San Diego Sabers as their new third-string wide receiver. Melanie is adjusting to her new way of life as Derwin frets over the plays that are taking place on the field. She receives a play-by-play account of the lives and relationships of NFL wives, girlfriends, and mom/managers who use their best game to help their men stay on the field and on their arm. She also learns how these women use their best game to assist their men stay on the field and on their arm.
