An eager observation of a sun-dappled and still-watered overload, Uncertain ponders a regularly ignored as well as enigmatic town whose lake, and just real income source, comes under threat from an aquatic annoyance of the herb variety. Perhaps unsurprisingly for a website so-named, there is an absence of agreement regarding the Texas town's beginning: whether the result of a surveyor's complication when noting an early map, or steamboat captains' belief that docking there was an unknowable, difficult job, an auspicious start is used for the uncertain and yearning occupants.
