Uncertain Glory
Aragon's front in 1937. Llus (Marcel Borràs), a young republican officer destined for a momentarily dormant position, encounters Carlana (Nria Prims), an intriguing widow with whom she falls in love, who manages to dupe him into falsifying a Document that makes her the lady of the district. The scam is discovered by Llus' best buddy, the Soleràs (Oriol Pla), a degraded officer, who asks that he relocate away from the Barcelona bombings, his son, and his wife, with whom he is secretly in love, in exchange for not exposing him. When Trini (Bruna Cus) arrives in town, it doesn't take long for her to discover Llus' betrayal and declares a "state of war" between the two of them, causing all moral bases to crumble.
