Misty Button
This dark comedy portrays the freewheeling émigré society of lads short on employment and cash but long on heavy drinking in Brooklyn and the Bronx. A jobless James teams up with his pal Eoin on a for-hire trip to the track for slippery raconteur Timmy Thomas. Due to their ineptness at sleight of hand, the boys end up owing a mobster group a fortune. Unexpectedly, an audacious lady with a penchant for Irish music and a penchant for dollar bills sets her sights on James.
